How to log in to HEC eServices
- Go to the official portal at https://eservices.hec.gov.pk/ and choose Sign in (or Sign up for a new account).
- Enter your registered email and password.
- Verify via the code sent to your email/phone if prompted.
- Select the service (degree attestation, equivalence, verification), upload documents and pay the fee online.
Reset your password / PIN
Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the eServices sign-in page and follow the reset email sent to your registered address. Keep using the same account rather than registering again with a new email.
New user? First-time users click Sign-up on eservices.hec.gov.pk and register with a valid email; the account is used for all future attestation and verification requests.
