NADRA's official Pak-Identity portal lets Pakistani citizens and overseas Pakistanis apply for and renew identity documents online (CNIC, NICOP, POC, CRC/FRC) without visiting a NADRA centre.

How to log in to NADRA Pak-Identity

Go to the official portal at https://id.nadra.gov.pk/e-id/ and click Login / Sign in.
Enter your registered email address (username) and password for your Pak-Identity account.
Complete any verification prompt, then submit to reach your dashboard.
Select the service you need (new CNIC, renewal, NICOP, modification) and track application status from the same account.

Reset your password / PIN

On the Pak-Identity sign-in page click 'Forgot Password', enter your registered email address, and follow the reset link sent to that inbox. If you no longer have access to the email, contact NADRA support at [email protected] before creating a duplicate account.

New user? New users register with a valid email and mobile number; email and phone are verified before you can submit an identity application.

Common NADRA Pak-Identity login problems & fixes

Payment made but application not submitted / stuck

Do not pay again. Log back in and resume the same draft application; NADRA has a strict no-duplicate-payment recovery via [email protected].

Uploaded photo/documents rejected

Use a clear front-facing photo on a plain background and legible scans meeting the size/format shown on the upload screen, then re-upload.

Email verification link not received

Check spam, ensure the email was typed correctly, wait a few minutes and use the resend option; whitelist the nadra.gov.pk domain.

Can I apply for a new CNIC fully online?

Renewals, modifications and NICOP can be done online via id.nadra.gov.pk; a first-time CNIC for someone never registered may still require a biometric visit to a NADRA centre.

Is id.nadra.gov.pk the only official site?

Yes. Application, payment and tracking all happen on id.nadra.gov.pk. Any other domain offering to 'process your NADRA card' is unofficial.
