Enter your full 13-digit CNIC number without dashes or spaces.
Type the CAPTCHA/verification code shown in the image.
Submit to see your eligibility status and next steps; alternatively SMS your CNIC to 8171 free of charge.
What you need
No password is required. The 8171 portal is a CNIC-based eligibility lookup, so there is nothing to reset. If your status is unclear, visit a BISP Tehsil Office or registration desk with your original CNIC.
Good to know: Registration/eligibility is assessed via BISP survey (NSER) at BISP offices, not through an online account; the portal only shows the result.
