NBP Digital is the internet and mobile banking service of the National Bank of Pakistan, serving both Conventional and Aitemaad Islamic account holders. Registered customers log in at the NBP Internet Banking portal (ibanking.nbp.com.pk) to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills and manage cards. The same credentials work on the NBP Digital mobile app for Android and iOS.

How to log in to NBP Digital

Open https://ibanking.nbp.com.pk/ in your browser or launch the NBP Digital app.
Enter your registered User ID (username) in the login field.
Type your Internet Banking password (Login PIN).
Complete any security check and tap Login.
Authenticate the session with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number if prompted.

Reset your password / PIN

On the NBP Internet Banking login page, click the Forgot Password link, then verify your identity using your registered account number, active NBP ATM/Debit Card details and the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to set a new password. If self-service reset is unavailable, call the NBP Help Line at 021-111-627-627 for assistance.
