Where to find your reference number

Your Reference Number (electricity) or Consumer Number (gas) is printed at the top of any previous paper bill — usually the top-left corner for electricity DISCOs and the top area of the Sui gas bill. It is also shown in the SMS alerts your utility sends each month.

Re-check every digit against your last paper bill. Electricity uses a 14-digit reference number; gas uses your consumer/account number. Remove any spaces or dashes.

Bill not showing / not generated yet

New bills post a few days after your meter is read. Wait 3–5 days after your usual billing date and try again, or check with your DISCO/gas company helpline.

Page not loading or timing out

The official portals get heavy traffic near due dates. Try again after a few minutes, use a different browser, or switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi.
