Open piac.com.pk and choose Manage Booking / My Booking, or go to the booking engine at book-pia.crane.aero/ibe.
Select the Retrieve Booking / Manage Booking option.
Enter your 6-character PNR (booking reference) and passenger last name.
Open the itinerary to change dates, select seats, add baggage or start online check-in.
Confirm and pay any fare difference or fees by card if you make changes.
