How to log in to Careem
- Open the Careem app or go to https://app.careem.com/.
- Enter your mobile number and continue.
- Type the OTP sent to your phone (or use email/social sign-in where offered).
- Confirm to access your Careem account, trips and wallet.
Reset your password / PIN
Careem rider accounts sign in with a mobile number and OTP, so there is no password to reset - if you cannot get the OTP, verify your number or contact Careem support in-app.
New user? Riders sign up in-app with a mobile number. Drivers register separately as Captains at drive.careem.com and then use the Careem Captain app to log in.
