Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) in Punjab are issued through the Government of Punjab's e-Khidmat Markaz (Dastak) facilitation centers. You submit the application in person at your district e-Khidmat Markaz, then track its progress online with the tracking ID printed on your receipt.

How to check Punjab Domicile / PRC Certificate (e-Khidmat Markaz) online

Visit your district e-Khidmat Markaz in person with original CNIC, two passport-size photos and supporting proof of residence.
Fill the domicile/PRC application form and pay the Rs 200 service fee at the adjacent National Bank of Pakistan counter.
Collect your receipt showing the application tracking ID.
Open ekhidmat.punjab.gov.pk and enter your tracking ID under 'Track Application' to check status online.
Alternatively SMS your application ID to 9100 or call the toll-free helpline for status; certificate is delivered within 16 working days.

What you need

No account or password is required. To check status you only need the application tracking ID printed on the receipt handed to you at the e-Khidmat Markaz. If you lost it, return to the same Markaz with your CNIC to retrieve it.

Good to know: There is no online self-registration; domicile applications must be lodged personally at an e-Khidmat Markaz. Online is for tracking only.
