How to log in to NADRA Child Registration Certificate (B-Form)
- Open the Pak-ID app or https://id.nadra.gov.pk/ and log in to your account.
- Go to the Family / child registration section and select CRC (B-Form).
- Upload the child's computerized birth certificate and a parent's CNIC/NICOP.
- Enter the child's details and submit the application.
- Pay the fee online and track issuance (normal ~7 days, executive faster).
Reset your password / PIN
You need a Pak-Identity account. Reset via the 'Forgot Password' option using your registered email. To apply you also need the child's computerized birth certificate and a parent's valid CNIC/NICOP.
New user? Parents/guardians create a Pak-Identity account first; the child's computerized birth certificate (issued by the local union council) is required before applying.
