How to log in to NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
- Go to https://id.nadra.gov.pk/e-frc/ and log in or create a Pak-Identity account.
- Open the Family section and select Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
- Choose the category you need (by birth, by marriage, by adoption or all members).
- Review the auto-populated family details and submit the application.
- Pay the fee online and download the FRC from your ID Vault once issued.
Reset your password / PIN
You need a Pak-Identity account (registered email and password). Use the account 'Forgot Password' option with your registered email to reset. All listed family members must already be NADRA-registered with valid 13-digit ID numbers.
New user? First-time users create a Pak-Identity account with a valid email, mobile number and CNIC/NICOP before requesting an FRC.
