How to log in to Onic

Download the official Onic app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, or open onic.pk and tap Login.
Enter your Onic mobile number registered on your SIM.
Verify with the OTP (one-time code) sent to your Onic number via SMS.
Set or enter your account PIN/password if prompted to complete sign-in.
Access the dashboard to manage plans, view usage, and pay bills.

Reset your password / PIN

Onic sign-in is OTP-based on your registered number, so there is usually no separate password to reset. If you cannot receive the code, confirm your SIM is active and has signal, then tap Resend on the OTP screen. For a locked account or changed number, use in-app support or the Help Center at onic.pk/help-center.

New user? There is no separate web registration. Ordering an Onic SIM and completing CNIC verification in the app creates your account automatically.

Common Onic login problems & fixes

OTP not received during login

Wait 60 seconds and tap Resend, ensure your Onic SIM has network signal and is not out of balance for SMS, and check that you entered the correct Onic number.

App shows 'account not found' or SIM not recognized

Confirm your Onic SIM is fully activated and CNIC-verified; a newly ordered SIM can take time to provision before login works.

Update the Onic app to the latest version, clear its cache, and retry on a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
