How to check your PTCL Bill Check bill online

Open the official PTCL bill inquiry page at ptcl.com.pk/customer/publicbill_payment (or dbill.ptcl.net.pk).
Select your product, for example PTCL Landline / Vfone Postpaid or Charji/EVO.
Enter your phone number (without the area code) and choose to inquire by Account ID.
Enter your 10-digit Account ID and click Inquire Bill / Search.
View the amount due and use Print to download the duplicate bill as a PDF.

Where to find your reference number

There is no password. You need your phone number and your 10-digit Account ID, printed in the top-right section of any previous PTCL bill. If you cannot find it, call the PTCL helpline 1218 with your registered number and CNIC.

How to pay: No registration is needed for the public bill inquiry. Separately, you can sign up for e-Bill at ptcl.com.pk to receive bills by email, but checking a bill only requires your phone number and Account ID.

Account ID not accepted

Payment status shows unpaid after paying

Bank and wallet payments can take time to reflect; recheck after some hours and keep your payment receipt, or call 1218 if it does not update.
