Digitt+ is a State Bank of Pakistan licensed Electronic Money Institution offering personal, agri and merchant wallets in a single app, with money transfers, bill payments, top-ups and a PayPak debit card. Access is through the Digitt+ app on Android and iOS; there is no separate web login. You open an account digitally and sign in with your mobile number and PIN or biometrics.

How to log in to Digitt+

Download the Digitt+ app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Tap Login and enter your registered mobile number.
Verify with the OTP sent by SMS.
Enter your Digitt+ PIN, or use fingerprint or face login if enabled.
You are signed in to your Personal, Agri or Merchant wallet to transfer money, pay bills and top up.

Reset your password / PIN

On the Digitt+ app login screen tap Forgot PIN, verify your registered mobile number and CNIC via OTP, then set a new PIN. If you cannot regain access, call the Digitt+ helpline at 042-111-344-488.

New user? New users open an account inside the app through real-time digital onboarding by scanning their CNIC, taking a selfie and completing biometric verification, then choose a Personal, Agri or Merchant wallet.

Use good lighting, hold the CNIC steady and make sure details are readable and match NADRA records, then retry the scan and selfie.

OTP not received at login

PIN forgotten or account locked

Use Forgot PIN to reset via OTP and CNIC verification; if the account is locked after repeated attempts, contact the Digitt+ helpline to unlock it.
