How to log in to Keenu Wallet

Download the Keenu app from Google Play, the Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery.
Tap Login and enter your registered mobile number.
Verify with the OTP sent by SMS.
Enter your Keenu Wallet PIN, or use biometric login if enabled.
You are signed in to send or receive money, pay bills and do mobile top-ups.

Reset your password / PIN

On the Keenu app login screen tap Forgot PIN, verify your registered mobile number and CNIC through the OTP, then set a new PIN. If you cannot regain access, contact Keenu support through the app help section.

New user? New users sign up in the app with their mobile number and verify their identity through CNIC to activate the wallet; there is no fee to download the app.
