How to log in to Finja
- Download the Finja app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Tap Login and enter your registered mobile number.
- Verify with the OTP sent by SMS.
- Enter your Finja PIN, or use biometric login if enabled.
- You are signed in to make payments, manage your card or open your Finja Business portal.
Reset your password / PIN
On the Finja app login screen tap Forgot PIN, verify your registered mobile number and CNIC via OTP, then set a new PIN. If you still cannot log in, contact Finja support from the app help section.
New user? New users register in the app with their mobile number and CNIC and complete verification; merchants and small businesses can then apply for credit and access the Finja Business portal.
